- Maybe I am healing.
- What made me smile today?
- That was beautiful.
- I'm thankful for...
- That's a lie, and I can choose not to believe it.

I've never even thought about anything like this before. I've just recently started becoming aware of some of the unhealthy thoughts that go on in my mind, pretty much subconsciously. I'll have to think about this question...
