I also LOVED this post at Ragamuffin Diva tonight. Because boy do I know what it is to avoid Jesus when he asks if maybe we should stop and deal with my wounds and heal a while.

i find that most times it is my pattern of reopening my wounds that needs healing.
also often true for me.

btw... Lenten commitments to God are good.... I keep mine between him and I... but they open up conversations or prayers all the time.
